Industrial estate: creating jobs

Petershagen-Eggersdorf (MOZ) 1157 commercials were registered in 2009 in the twin village. Real production companies to secure the jobs, are rare beyond these. Now the company Deutschtec GmbH, will move into the industrial park with a production hall - a gain from the perspective of the commune.
Hardly to miss behind the shopping markets in Eggersdorf-Süd an elongated metal frame is growing. A steel and industrial construction company from Schönebeck is buliding a production facility there, with offices and social, as the construction announcement says. In summer the production of automatic sliding doors will be taken up there.
Menno Erichsen characterizes the future company location in the industrial site area as a good offer and in the vicinity of the capital also suitably located. On MOZ-demand the head of the Berlin branch of Deutschtec GmbH shows contentment with the acquisition of the land last year. "In June we will move in and begin manufacturing," he says.
This includes labor, "pretty much everything it takes on a new production site" explains, the future Eggersdorfer manager, "from assistants in the warehouse to sales and administration. For the actual production, however, the relevant craft qualification is required. Mechatronics, for example, calls Erichsen as an example. Therefore one is in touch with the employment agency for a long time. Employment for at least 15 people in the first phase of the company the branch manager envisages at the site. The acquired area of 4500 square meters was therefore designed to extend in the following years. With the sale of various system solutions for automatic door technology, it seems to work. "We supply much in the middle east and actual worldwide," Menno Erichsen informs.

At the designated industrial sites in the twin village for yet areas with a total size of about three hectares of marketing are available. The total area of the commercial field site in Eggersdorf-Süd and the industrial park Landhausstraße is about ten hectares.
